In this room, you will write about yourself, your military experience / history, the things going on in your life, ask questions and discuss the issues that trouble you. Your clinician will then read your messages, and respond with questions, feedback, insights, and guidance.

This room is accessible by you 24/7 and you can exchange messages with your clinician at any time all that you need is an internet connected device and since messaging is not in real-time it doesn’t require scheduling.  Instead, you can choose whenever you want to respond to your clinician or not. You will be notified by when the clinician has sent you a message.

You can also have a live video conference with your clinician in a virtual face-to-face setting (similar to Face Time / Zoom or Skype).  Once you schedule a time with your clinician and log in to your Message room, either you or your clinician may initiate a call. You will then immediately begin video chatting with your clinician.

Yes. You can always login to your account and read all the clinician’s messages to you. This may help you in reflecting and remembering some of the guidance and input that you received.
